Jump Rope: Stand naturally with feet slightly apart, facing forward, and looking straight ahead at a distance of 3 meters. Keep the rope close to the body, with elbows slightly bent outward, palms facing each other or downward. Use the wrists to swing the rope in a circular motion at the sides of the body, with toes touching the ground. Relax the shoulders, tighten the waist and abdomen, and when jumping, the body should be in a naturally curved position.
