According to the newly revised national mandatory standard "Synthetic Material Surface Sports Grounds for Primary and Secondary Schools" GB 36246-2018, the thickness requirement for plastic tracks is not less than 8mm. In addition, the national standard stipulates that the thickness of plastic tracks should be no less than 13mm, generally with a base layer of 10-9mm and a surface layer of 3-4mm. The thickness of other auxiliary areas not used for competitions can be agreed upon by both parties. Therefore, the thickness standards for the track should be determined based on actual needs and site conditions.
