Use the wrists to swing the rope in a circular motion at the sides of the body, with toes touching the ground. Relax the shoulders, tighten the waist and abdomen, and when jumping, the body should be in a naturally curved position.

Sit-ups: The body lies on the mat with the knees bent at about 90 degrees, feet flat on the ground, and hands positioned near the head. The body is lifted off the ground by 10 to 20 centimeters, held briefly to form a sitting position. Then, slowly lower the body back to the original position. When the back touches the ground, the next cycle of movement can begin.

Pull-up: Grip the bar with both hands, suspend the body in the air, swing the body, and use the momentum from the swing to pull the hands up, bringing the chin above the bar. When lowering, slowly bend the arms and allow the body to return to the starting position, then bend the knees to complete the next movement.
